Cover and let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes. After one week, increase the strength. Serve 1 cup of water for 1 tea bag. Drink a maximum of three cups of tea per day, after each meal. Drink it hot or cold in the morning or afternoon after your meal. You may dilute your tea with more water.
